How to Stop Gas Service

If you are sure you want to stop/cancel your natural or propane gas service service, follow the steps below to disconnect your service.

Step 1.Gather the required information.

Gather the information required to stop service. This includes your service address, new mailing address, stop service date, and account number. 

Step 2.Fill out and submit this form online.
